In the meantime, you can be as amused as I was (or even more amused, if you so choose) with Iraq's color-coded threat level chart. The fact that they even have the chart shows just how much progress is really being made in Iraq. I've read that the current threat-level in Iraq is "elevated" (which is the current threat level for the U.S. as well...though with a slightly diferent definition).
Now if only we can figure out a way to repeal the 22nd Amendment...
